Ayodhya, July 13: The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has initiated a formal search for its first chief executive officer, setting a strict deadline for submissions by mid-July. The trust announced on social media that applications for the landmark administrative position will be accepted until 4 pm on July 18.

This executive search comes during a period of public scrutiny involving accusations of financial mismanagement and missing temple valuables. The appointment is designed to streamline temple governance and establish rigorous checks over all asset management.

The trust has appointed an expert panel to lead the hiring process, ensuring a neutral and thorough evaluation of all applicants. “The trust will have the sole remit to define the powers and duties of the CEO,” Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra asserted when outlining the framework.

The review process will be managed by a distinguished panel consisting of retired Supreme Court Judge Justice Pramod Kohli, retired Lieutenant General Vishnukant Chaturvedi, and former NIT Raipur Chairperson Suresh Haware. Mishra clarified that his own focus remains strictly on the construction side rather than trust voting matters, stating that the central mission for the new executive will be reinforcing public trust in the temple’s administrative systems.
