Lucknow: The recent distribution of appointment letters to the Uttar Pradesh Police Clerical Cadre highlighted positive feedback from successful candidates regarding the state’s examination procedures. Candidates appointed to confidential, clerical, and accounts cadres maintained that the selection criteria remained strictly objective and merit-based.
Beneficiaries of the selection drive pointed out that application processes and subsequent evaluations were completed cleanly, eliminating past concerns surrounding nepotism or arbitrary delays. Candidates who had previously served in lower cadres within the force also secured advancements through the transparent system.
The newly appointed personnel affirmed their readiness to take up their responsibilities within the state police department following upcoming institutional training. They asserted that the open recruitment process serves as encouragement for other aspiring youth across the state.
