Chief Minister Mann affirmed that the state administration has prioritized public health through new measures, including the launch of the Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna to offer cashless medical coverage up to ₹10 lakh per family. He declared that direct financial assistance under the Mawan Dheeyan Satkar Yojna is actively supporting women across the state, backed by a budgetary outlay of ₹9,300 crore.

Touching upon regional resources, the Chief Minister declared that the government will take every necessary step to protect Punjab’s river waters and expand irrigation networks. He noted that efforts are underway to build 3,100 sports stadiums across villages to engage youth constructively.

Reviewing the upcoming Khatkar Kalan Heritage Complex, the Chief Minister maintained that final quality checks and trials are currently underway. The site features an educational library, historical exhibits, visitor centers, and landscaped open spaces designed for researchers and visiting families.
