Dipke Criticizes Judicial Custody of CJP Associates As Surveillance Mounts

by TheReportingTimes

New Delhi, Oct 16: CPJ representative Abhijit Dipke raised strong objections over the judicial custody of political colleagues Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das, alleging that state authorities are attempting to suppress demands for institutional transparency.

Dipke affirmed that he expects police action against him within hours, pointing out that surveillance teams have been tracking his activities continuously as part of wider administrative pressure against their movement.

The political leader declared that democratic norms are facing unprecedented strain, contrasting official actions against citizens attempting to unfurl the national flag with basic demands for institutional reforms.

“I am being followed and watched here. They will pick me up tonight, or tomorrow, for sure. There has never been a situation where a citizen is being asked not to unfurl the Tricolour. We are only asking for accountability. We simply want the government to find a new person to replace CEC Gyanesh Kumar,” Dipke declared.

Commenting on reports regarding proposed effigy burnings involving symbolic figures in Pitampura, Dipke maintained that opponents remain preoccupied with fixations rather than addressing fundamental governance issues.

The CJP leader urged central leadership to address core institutional concerns directly while ensuring that public rights to peaceful assembly and patriotic display remain fully protected.
