New Delhi, March 30 — Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said the festivals being celebrated across states highlight the spirit of unity in India’s diversity and urged people to strengthen this bond.
In his monthly Mann Ki Baat broadcast, he greeted people celebrating their traditional new year and upcoming festivals, including Eid.
Modi also encouraged students to use the upcoming summer break to develop new hobbies and skills. He asked activity providers to share their initiatives with the hashtag #myholidays and urged parents and students to post their experiences using #holidaymemories.
