Agniveer Army Exam to Be Held from June 30 to July 10

by TheReportingTimes

PATIALA, 23 June — The Indian Army has announced that the online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for Agniveer recruitment for the 2025–26 cycle will take place from June 30 to July 10. The examination will be conducted at ION Digital Zone, Bahadurgarh (Patiala), and RIMT University, Fatehgarh Sahib, according to the official schedule released on the Indian Army’s website.

Admit cards have already been issued to registered candidates, and results of the CEE are expected to be declared in July 2025, a defence spokesperson confirmed.

The online exam marks the first phase of the Agniveer selection process. Candidates who qualify in the CEE will be shortlisted for recruitment rallies to be held in the next phase. “Only those who clear the CEE will be called for the physical screening tests during the rallies,” an Army official said.

The final merit list will be compiled based on performance in both stages — the online written exam and the physical screening. The Agniveer recruitment scheme, introduced in 2022, aims to induct youth into the armed forces for a four-year term with an opportunity for further selection.

Candidates have been advised to regularly check the official recruitment website for updates related to venue, timings, and guidelines.
