During an interaction with representatives from the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, the Chief Minister affirmed that growing cooperation with Canada represents a significant opportunity for sustainable development in the state.

“Collaboration in areas such as smart governance and AI-based solutions for the agriculture sector can significantly enhance public service delivery,” the Chief Minister declared. He asserted that the partnership would focus on creating a model of shared progress, particularly through the adoption of Canadian expertise in precision farming and post-harvest management.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of skill development. The Chief Minister stated that joint degree pathways and simulation-based training programs would provide new avenues for young people to excel in the international job market. He maintained that the state government is committed to adopting global best practices in polytechnic education to empower the next generation.

Delegation members expressed confidence in the future of these engagements and extended an invitation to the Chief Minister to visit Canada to further strengthen bilateral ties. Officials noted that the meeting marks a step toward institutionalizing knowledge exchange between the two regions, with a specific focus on startups and technology entrepreneurship.
