Panchkula, May 28 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday launched The Daily Pause – A Meditation Diary for Busy Lives, a new book by inner wellness coach Madhu Pandit, during the Yog Mahotsav 2025 at Indradhanush Stadium.
“This book empowers people to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves,” the chief minister said while unveiling the diary at the event, which was also attended by cabinet minister Arti Rao, AYUSH secretary Saket Kumar, and Haryana Yog Aayog chairman Jaideep Arya.
Crafted to cater to individuals navigating hectic schedules—such as working professionals and students—the book offers simple and practical tools for mindfulness, breathwork, grounding practices, emotional clarity, and self-reflection.
According to the author, the diary integrates ancient wisdom with modern-day accessibility, helping readers establish peaceful daily rituals. “The goal is to reduce stress, improve focus, and build inner resilience,” said Pandit, noting that each section includes reflective prompts and brief meditative exercises to make mindfulness a part of everyday life.
The Yog Mahotsav provided a fitting backdrop for the launch, promoting wellness and holistic living in alignment with the book’s message.
