NEW DELHI, May 11 — The Indian Air Force on Sunday announced that it had “successfully executed” a critical phase of its assignment under Operation Sindoor, stating that the mission was carried out with both precision and professionalism.
In an official statement posted on social media, the IAF said, “The task was done with precision and professionalism.”
It further noted that the operation was “conducted in a deliberate and discreet manner, aligned with national objectives.”
Although the Air Force confirmed the execution of its assigned role, officials indicated that the broader operation is still underway.
“Since the operations are still ongoing, a detailed briefing will be provided in due course,” the IAF stated.
The force also called on the public and media to act with caution during this sensitive period. “We urge everyone to refrain from speculation and dissemination of unverified information,” it said.
Further details, including the scope and outcomes of Operation Sindoor, are expected to be disclosed following the conclusion of operational activities.
