Lucknow, Oct 24: Uttar Pradesh affirmed its position at the forefront of administrative development by securing first place in Mission Karmayogi capacity-building initiatives across the country.

Receiving the award from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, state representatives highlighted widespread institutional adoption, noting that over 350 training centers in UP are registered under the Unnati initiative.

Major state arms, including the Home Department and the Education Department, completed over one crore training courses each, earning top distinctions in their administrative categories.

The regional program also introduced key tools aimed at upgrading public servant instruction nationwide, including an AI-analyzed Unnati Capability Index to assess training facility quality and a National Curriculum Design Framework structured across four distinct learning levels.

To maintain momentum, state training academies signed memorandums of understanding with central and regional partners to share educational resources and operational expertise.
