CHANDIGARH, June 3: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will embark on a three-day visit to Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh beginning June 5, officials confirmed on Tuesday.
As part of his itinerary, the Vice President is scheduled to visit Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, where he will interact with students and faculty members.
Established on December 1, 1985, the university was set up with the aim of advancing education, research, and extension services in horticulture, forestry, and related fields.
