Chabbewal (Hoshiarpur), July 24: A private bus collided with a vehicle transporting schoolchildren near the Chabbewal bus stand on Thursday morning, leaving one student with minor injuries, police said.
The vehicle was ferrying around 30 students to a school in Handowal village when the incident occurred. According to officials, the bus, owned by a private transport company, rammed into the student vehicle under unclear circumstances.
“A student received minor injuries in the accident. We are looking into the cause of the collision,” said a police official, confirming that an investigation is underway.
