Postmortem Awaited After Two Children Die Mysteriously in Tarn Taran

Parents Suspect Roadside Food Led to Fatal Illness of Young Siblings

by TheReportingTimes

Tarn Taran, March 8: The Tarn Taran police are investigating the deaths of two minors, Danika, 9, and Aarav, 6, who passed away under unexplained circumstances this weekend. The siblings reportedly fell ill after eating fast food from a street stall on Saturday night, leading to a tragic discovery by their parents the following morning.

According to the family’s account, the children began showing signs of distress and vomiting soon after their meal. The parents asserted that they attempted to treat the symptoms at home, but the children never regained consciousness. By Sunday morning, it became clear that both siblings had died in their sleep.

“The bereaved family has informed the City Police Station and demanded an investigation into the incident,” authorities stated while confirming the details of the complaint. While the family points toward food poisoning, the roadside vendor has challenged these claims, stating his food was safe and served to numerous others without incident.

Law enforcement has secured the scene and sent the remains for a forensic autopsy. Local officials affirmed that they are waiting for the medical results before filing any formal charges. They maintained that a clearer picture of the events will emerge once the postmortem report is handed over to investigators on Monday.
