Ludhiana, May 19: A commemorative seminar dedicated to the structural philosophies of universal brotherhood and social equality was held at CT University in Ludhiana. Organized under the auspices of the state government, the discussion is part of a broad series of official programs honoring the 650th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidass Ji.

Deepak Bali, advisor for tourism and cultural affairs in Punjab, addressed the gathered students and faculty to explain the strategic objectives behind the event. He noted that the state’s academic campaign aims to bridge the gap between modern youth and historical philosophies regarding inclusive societies. He asserted that constructive academic debates provide young citizens with the necessary insights to analyze ongoing challenges like economic imbalance and institutional prejudice.

“The Punjab Government is committed to building an inclusive society in line with the Guru Sahib’s ideals,” Bali stated during the session.

The seminar featured an extensive address from Manish Sisodia, who served as the event’s guest of honor. Sisodia declared that severe disparities persist across the nation, criticizing the concentration of approximately 40 percent of national wealth within a fraction of the population. He asserted that the present educational infrastructure remains inadequate and called for deep institutional overhauls to build a progressive, future-ready environment for students.

Religious leader Sant Kewal Singh of Sri Khuralgarh Sahib also participated in the proceedings, advising attendees to integrate principles of equal opportunity into their daily professional and personal lives. The event concluded with institutional acknowledgments from CT University Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi, Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh, and local administrative representatives.
