Lucknow, Sept 21: During the weekly ‘Janta Darshan’ program, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed district and police authorities to maintain direct oversight of ground-level disputes to protect public harmony. The Chief Minister stated that senior officers must reach dispute locations immediately upon receiving information to hear all parties and enforce legal remedies promptly.
Addressing complaints regarding revenue and law enforcement matters, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath maintained that government policies over the past nine and a half years have focused on equitable, non-discriminatory service delivery. He asserted that accountability measures will apply to any officers found exhibiting laxity in handling public petitions.
The session included direct interactions with visiting families to assess the delivery of basic public utilities, electricity services, and social security benefits. The Chief Minister reaffirmed that field offices must remain fully accessible to ordinary citizens to resolve local concerns at the earliest possible stage.
