Chandigarh: Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann unveiled the ‘HUNAR Punjab’ and ‘Fast-Track Punjab’ web portals to enhance ease of doing business and expand regional employment. Addressing media representatives alongside Industries Minister Aman Arora, Mann stated that the single-window system enforces strict 45-day deadlines for business permits while offering investors a real-time dashboard to monitor financial incentives. The accompanying HUNAR portal already integrates over 1,700 technical and educational institutions to match qualified graduates with industry requirements.

State officials highlighted that the unified digital ecosystem addresses long-standing recruitment and regulatory delays through transparent e-governance workflows. Government leadership reiterated that the state’s ongoing policy reforms have successfully attracted ₹1.89 lakh crore in capital investment, positioning Punjab as a competitive destination for domestic and international enterprises.
