Gujarat Titans Win by a Score of 38 Runs
Sunrisers Hyderabad lost against Gujarat Titans by 38 runs. Gujarat, who batted first, amassed 224 runs for six wickets in 20 overs; the Sunrisers squad could only muster 186 runs for six wickets in the same amount of time. With four fours and six sixes in 41 balls, Abhishek Sharma scored 74 runs for Hyderabad, however the team was unable to win thanks to his effort. Hyderabad’s Powerful Opening Stand
Travis Head and Abhishek provided the squad a strong start in chasing the mark, each contributing 49 runs for the first wicket. By removing Head after he scored 20 runs, Prasidh ended this partnership. Ishan Kishan, who had scored 13 runs, then went back to the pavilion as well. Ishant Sharma ended the strong partnership between Abhishek and Klaasen by removing Abhishek, even though Abhishek had reached his half-century. Klaasen then scored 23 runs and went back to the pavilion.
The Hat-Trick Attempt Is Not Successful
After Aniket Verma scored three runs, Siraj removed him from the game, and Kamindu Mendis was taken to the pavilion without making any runs on the following ball. He was unable to finish the hat-trick, though. In the end, Pat Cummins and Nitish Reddy took an assertive stance, but it was too late. With one four and two sixes, Nitish scored 21 runs off 10 balls to return undefeated, while Cummins scored 19 runs off 10 balls to return undefeated.
