The platform implemented the jurisdictional block on the account, which operates under the handle @CJP_2029, citing a valid and properly scoped request from an authorized domestic entity. The intervention took place hours after the satirical organization recorded more than 10 million followers on Instagram, positioning its reach ahead of established national political parties.
The group’s operational framework relies on subverting conventional political presentation through ironic policy declarations focusing heavily on institutional transparency, competitive exam leaks, and systemic underemployment.
“The account has been withheld in IN in response to a legal demand,” the automated notification on the platform’s landing page read.
Dipke, who previously managed digital outreach campaigns for regional political entities before launching the satire project, maintained that the regulatory response serves as an indicator of the campaign’s unexpected public impact.
“The operationalisation of this block is an own goal by the authorities,” Dipke affirmed through alternative media channels, noting that backup communication pages were immediately deployed to sustain digital engagement.
The movement’s foundational branding traces back to a May 15 courtroom statement by Chief Justice Surya Kant regarding individuals entering professional fields using fraudulent credentials. While the Supreme Court later asserted that the remarks were distorted by digital outlets, the initial reports catalyzed the formation of the mock political front, which advocates for structural changes including an absolute electoral ban on defecting lawmakers and restrictions on post-retirement political appointments for members of the judiciary.
