CHANDIGARH, June 24: A joint enforcement initiative by the Border Security Force and the State Special Operations Cell near Village Harar Khurd has prompted calls for stronger technological interventions along the state’s boundaries. Addressing media personnel, AAP Punjab Chief Spokesperson Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal affirmed that security personnel recovered a sizable cache of specialized equipment and weaponry from a resident identified as the son of an Amritsar-based political leader. The spokesperson stated that the incident underscores an urgent need for the central government to review the efficacy of border monitoring systems.

The administration maintained that requests for funding advanced defense mechanisms have faced delays at the federal level. Dhaliwal declared that while the frontline personnel exhibit exemplary bravery, the increasing use of aerial drones to transport contraband necessitates advanced electronic countermeasures. He noted that the state government stepped in independently to finance local installations to protect the youth from the influx of illicit materials.

“The arrested accused was in contact with a person named Anmol, who is based in Australia, and had previously delivered around seven to eight consignments of weapons and drugs to different parts of Punjab,” Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal asserted.

The ruling party questioned senior national political representatives regarding internal disciplinary measures for associates linked to such investigations. The spokesperson concluded by appealing to the public to maintain harmony, declaring that the state administration remains fully equipped to counter any disruptive designs against regional stability.
