CHANDIGARH, June 4 – To enhance digital literacy and promoting e-Governance, the Haryana Government has launched a dedicated e-learning portal to train government employees in structured, department-specific digital modules, starting with e-Office usage.
Developed by HARTRON, the portal — http://elearninghartron.org.in — allows staff to log in using their HRMS code and OTP-based verification. It enables real-time tracking of training progress, with Heads of Departments (HoDs) able to monitor individual completion rates.
In a directive to all administrative secretaries, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi instructed departments to appoint Nodal Officers for managing access and registration, and ensure timely participation by all staff.
The platform is designed to host customised training modules, either department-wide or universal, and aims to standardise digital learning across government offices. Rastogi also encouraged departments to coordinate with HARTRON for module development and delivery.
