Delhi, 14 January 2025- An FIR has been registered against Delhi Chief Minister Atishi. It was told that this action has been taken for violating the code of conduct while campaigning for Delhi Elections.
It was told that an FIR has been registered in Govind Puri. CM Atishi is accused of using government vehicles in the election.

The Election Commission is taking action for violating the model code of conduct imposed in view of the assembly elections in the capital. After the implementation of the code of conduct, the corporation has so far seized goods worth 21 crores, including drugs, liquor and cash. This includes cash worth nine crores, while drugs worth more than five crores are included.
Apart from this, more than 14 thousand liters of liquor brought to be served in the elections has been seized. More than six lakh illegal hoardings and posters installed illegally in Delhi were also removed.
According to the Election Commission, cash worth Rs 9.80 crore has been seized after the imposition of the code of conduct. 14 thousand 211 liters of liquor, drugs worth 5.05 crores, expensive items worth 6.1 crores and other common items worth 0.47 crores for distribution to the people have been seized. This action has been taken in all 11 districts.
Let us tell you that the maximum action has been taken in the East Delhi. Items worth Rs 6.83 crore have been seized here. This includes cash worth 3.12 crores, 123.08 liters of liquor, drugs worth Rs 1.68 crore and valuable items worth Rs 2.02 crore.
Similarly, after the violation of the code of conduct, the process of removing illegal hoardings and posters is continuing in Delhi. So far, action has been taken to remove 6.77 lakh illegal posters in Delhi. This includes 96734 hoardings, 500770 lakh posters, 17913 signage boards, 61745 flags.
