Gurugram, April 9: A major reshuffle of 15 Indian Administrative Service officers has been ordered by the Haryana government, resulting in the appointment of Uttam Singh as the Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram. Singh moves to the industrial hub from his prior posting in Karnal, taking over for outgoing Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar.
The transition marks a broader effort by the state to restructure its bureaucratic framework.
