The current administrative message centered on strengthening internal discipline and countering the spreading impact of substance abuse within the regional population. Church administrators stated that a collective return to spiritual principles and institutional guidelines remains the most viable strategy to foster community development and safeguard local neighborhoods. The leadership reminded the congregation that the directives issued from the supreme seat carry absolute binding authority for every member of the faith.
