Chandigarh, July 13: Thousands of residents participated in a series of public interactions organized by the Aam Aadmi Party to bridge the gap between governance and local needs. The large-scale initiative brought lawmakers into fields and village centers across major assembly areas, creating a direct line of communication with everyday citizens.
The collaborative sessions focused on collecting public feedback, listening to collective grievances, and ensuring that regional administrative systems respond promptly to community complaints. Bureaucrats received immediate instructions from visiting leaders to clear pending public issues without delay.
The drive mobilized senior leadership to diverse assembly segments, including Phagwara, Nabha, Khanna, Ferozepur, Phillaur, Bathinda, and Nihal Singh Wala. Party coordinators declared that the state-wide effort was launched to take the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann-led government’s policies and public welfare schemes to every household.
Specific developmental reviews occurred throughout the day as key leaders managed individual town halls. Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO systematically checked in on four different villages in his segment, including Wadala Johal, Talwandi Dogran, Wadali Dogran, and Adda Tangra. Further interactions took place under Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sond at Mehendipur village in Khanna, alongside local sessions led by Nabha MLA Gurdev Singh Dev Mann at Wajidpur village and MLA Manjit Singh Bilaspur in Ward No. 10 of Nihal Singh Wala.
