New Delhi, July 27: Cabinet Minister Pralhad Joshi has been designated to head the Ministry of Education in addition to his current government portfolios following a cabinet reassignment.
The transition follows the formal acceptance of Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation by President Droupadi Murmu, concluding his tenure in the Union Council of Ministers.
“Shri Pralhad Joshi will hold charge of the Ministry of Education in addition to his present ministerial duties,” affirmed the presidential directive issued upon the advice of the Prime Minister.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Joshi managed administrative duties for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, along with New and Renewable Energy, which he will continue to oversee.
The government structure adapts to the new appointment, maintaining seamless operations across the concerned departments.
