Chandigarh, Sept 15: State police officials executed the successful extradition of fugitive operative Amritpal Singh, alias Amrit Dalam, from Moldova to face severe criminal charges in Punjab. Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann met with senior officers, including the Director General of Police and Anti-Gangster Task Force leadership, following the completion of the inter-agency operation.
Official communications stated that the operation was coordinated through the Overseas Fugitive Tracking and Extradition Cell alongside central authorities and Moldovan law enforcement representatives. State leaders declared that changing locations, passports, or false identities will not shield criminals from prosecution, emphasizing an uncompromising approach toward extortionists and drug traffickers.
