GREATER NOIDA, OCT 17 — Investigation is underway in Rabupura’s Nagla Shri Padam village after five members of a family were found dead inside their home on Saturday morning.

The deceased include Mahesh, his wife Lalita, and their three minor children, aged three, seven, and eleven. Preliminary inquiries by law enforcement suggest food poisoning as the primary cause of death.

Authorities noted that the family had eaten a meal of noodles the previous night, as reported by neighbors and relatives.

“The exact cause of the deaths is not known yet, and further legal action would be taken based on the post-mortem reports and forensic findings,” police declared.

Forensic personnel alongside inspectors from the Food Safety Department have gathered evidence and food samples from the premises. Police confirmed that detailed investigative procedures are ongoing as officials await formal autopsy reports.
