Multi-Tiered Security Systems and Emergency Services Deployed for Historic Event

Varanasi, Oct 22: Comprehensive administrative preparations have been implemented across Varanasi to facilitate the smooth execution of the ‘Wings Over Ganga’ air show celebrating the Indian Air Force’s 94th anniversary.

State representatives declared that extensive traffic diversions, designated parking zones, and double-barricaded spectator sectors along a 5.5-kilometer stretch of the Ganga ghats have been established to ensure public convenience and safety. Officials maintained that private boat operations along the river would remain restricted during air show hours, with water police and disaster response teams maintaining continuous river patrols.

Chief Medical Officer N.P. Singh affirmed that robust emergency response mechanisms are active to handle any exigencies without disturbing public movement. Administrative leaders further noted that police personnel deployed for crowd facilitation had undergone soft-skills training to assist visiting spectators courteously, while strict no-drone zones remain enforced within a five-kilometer radius of the event perimeter.
