Mohali, March 28 — A Mohali court has found Jalandhar-based pastor Bajinder Singh guilty in a 2018 sexual harassment case. The quantum of sentence will be pronounced on April 1.
The case pertains to a Zirakpur-based woman who accused the ‘Yeshu Yeshu prophet’ of rape under the pretext of taking her abroad. She also alleged that he made an obscene video of her.
An FIR was registered at Zirakpur police station on April 20, 2018, under various sections of the IPC and IT Act. Five others—Pastor Jatinder, Pastor Akbar, Sattar Ali, and Sandeep Pehelwan—were also booked in the case.
