Kohli-Avneet Controversy: The controversy is not stopping since Virat Kohli’s clarification on liking actress Avneet Kaur’s photo. Many memes are being shared by both sides on social media. While some people are trolling Virat, some people are sharing memes on the increase in Avneet’s fan following. Singer Rahul Vaidya’s statement also came out on this matter and he used a controversial word for Virat. Now in this episode, a message of Delhi Police is becoming very viral. Delhi Police has not named anyone, but they have used the word ‘Algorithm’ in their message. Fans are linking it to Virat’s message.

Kohli’s Accidental Like

Actually, on Friday, May 2, Virat Kohli liked Avneet’s photo. After this he got trolled. Later Virat told the reason behind liking the photo in Instagram story and offered clarification. Seeing the matter escalating, Kohli gave a clarification so that no misunderstanding about it goes forward. However, it worked to add fuel to the fire. Kohli wrote on Instagram story, ‘I want to clarify that when I was watching my feed, I may have reacted by mistake. There was no intention behind this. I appeal not to make any unnecessary speculations. Thank you guys.’

After this, trolls became active on social media regarding Virat and Avneet. They shared a lot of memes. After this, singer Rahul Vaidya’s statement also came out on this matter. Rahul put up an Instagram story and said that Virat Kohli’s fans are bigger jokers than Virat. Apart from this, he accused Virat’s fans of abusing his family. Not only this, a message of Delhi Police regarding traffic rules is also being linked to this.

Traffic Rules or a Jibe?

Actually, Kohli used the words ‘algorithm’ and ‘interaction’ in his clarification. Delhi Police also used the same words in their message regarding traffic rules. However, they have not named anyone. Fans are linking it to a jibe at Kohli. Delhi Police wrote, ‘We would like to clarify that while checking our cameras, it appears that the algorithm has recorded several interactions. Its purpose is to penalize speeders and traffic rule violators. We request that unnecessary speeding and stunts should not be done on the roads. Violators will be fined. Thank you for understanding.’ In the caption, Delhi Police wrote, ‘Our cameras do not make any mistake in recording the interaction with vehicles violating the rules.’
