Investigators affirmed that three suspects originally apprehended in Transport Nagar supplied statements pointing to improper invoicing practices and unverified product sourcing among local distribution points.
During inspection visits, inspectors discovered multiple boxes of Proximek-SPAS capsules and various restricted preparations for which valid purchase and sale documentation could not be presented. Officials stated that one individual allegedly received commission payments in exchange for allowing his firm’s business documents to be utilized for secondary billing. Another person brought into custody was found to be operating through external commercial licenses following earlier administrative action on his original permits.
