Chandigarh: In a swift administrative update, the Haryana state administration announced the immediate transfer of 16 IAS and 10 HCS officers to streamline governance across key civil and industrial sectors. The reshuffle redistributes charge across critical leadership posts in state corporations and development authorities.
Among the key leadership appointments, IAS Chander Shekhar Khare has been posted as Managing Director of HAFED and Director General of the Housing for All Department. IAS Rajnarayan Kaushik takes over as Managing Director of HARTRON and the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Limited, while IAS Amit Khatri assumes charge as Director of Agriculture and CEO of Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Ltd.
Significant updates were also made to local governance bodies and taxation wings. IAS Anish Yadav was appointed Excise & Taxation Commissioner and Special Secretary to the Finance Department, while IAS Sushil Sarwan takes over as Director and Special Secretary of Development & Panchayats. Additionally, IAS Parth Gupta was assigned as Director and Special Secretary of Skill Development & Industrial Training alongside his existing duties.
State representatives declared that the new assignments aim to accelerate project execution and enhance inter-departmental coordination. The affected officers have been directed to transition into their designated roles without delay.
