NEW DELHI, May 10 — Hampton Sky Realty Limited defended its corporate integrity and the legitimacy of its mobile-phone export business. The firm maintained that it reposes complete faith in the country’s legal system and the wisdom of the judiciary as it cooperates with the Directorate of Enforcement.
The company noted that it exported over 44,000 genuine handsets and accessories, with the vast majority being premium global brands. It stated that the genuineness of these trades is established beyond doubt through a multi-stage verification process, including Let Export Orders from the Superintendent of Customs and import endorsements from UAE Customs at the destination. The company asserted that the unique 15-digit IMEI numbers for these devices serve as an immutable record of authentic international trade.
The statement declared that the receipt-and-payment trail for these transactions is fully reconciled through the banking system. The company maintained that the lack of any retained offshore funds leaves no economic basis for claims of bogus exports. It asserted that all transactions were reflected transparently in its books and that all domestic payments were made with GST duly charged.
The firm stated that its involvement in GST-related inquiries stems from the actions of a small number of domestic suppliers. The company noted that it was the first to approach law enforcement regarding these suppliers, lodging an FIR in May 2025. The release affirmed that the company is fully cooperating with all statutory authorities and remains confident that its documented facts will be upheld in court.
