Chandigarh: In a swift administrative adjustment, the Haryana Home Department modified its recent police transfers, issuing updated duties for multiple IPS and state police officials. The fresh order cancels the initial transfer framework released on Thursday, redirecting several officers to alternative state command and district roles. Among the updated postings, IPS officer Narender Bijarniya has been reassigned as Commandant of the 1st IRB at Bhondsi.
The revised notification also alters district command arrangements in Palwal and Panipat. IPS officer Medha Bhushan has been posted as SP, Panipat, reversing her earlier assignment to Palwal, while IPS officer Deepti Garg takes over as SP, Palwal. Concurrently, IPS officer Lokender Singh moves to the State Crime Branch as SP. In parallel adjustments, 2014-batch IPS officer Surinder Singh Bhoria has been transferred as Commandant, 5th Battalion, Haryana Armed Police at Madhuban, while IPS officer Vikrant Bhushan joins the Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau at Panchkula.
