Disaster response units, including teams from the NDRF and local fire services, established a secure perimeter around the affected street to facilitate clearing operations. Health authorities at AIIMS confirmed that medical teams are providing emergency treatment to the injured, while one individual was reported brought dead to the facility following the incident.
Field officers declared that primary focus remains centered on debris management and safety assessment across adjacent properties in the crowded locality. Officials affirmed that administrative inquiries into the structural history and recent excavation activities in the vicinity will be undertaken as site stabilization progresses.
