Patiala, July 9: Punjab Congress political affairs incharge Bhupesh Baghel visited Patiala to hold comprehensive organizational discussions with veteran stalwart Brahm Mohindra and youth leader Mohit Mohindra. The interaction aims to streamline the party’s field operations and establish a more responsive communication channel between the leadership and local workers.
“Regular contact with workers must be maintained to raise public issues more effectively,” Brahm Mohindra stated after the meeting. He affirmed that the collective experience of long-standing party members is vital for reinforcing the organization’s presence across Punjab.
The strategic session focused heavily on maximizing coordination ahead of the 2027 Assembly polls. This initiative reflects a concerted effort by the state leadership to connect with senior functionaries who understand the regional socio-political landscape.
“The Congress is working systematically to strengthen direct engagement with the people,” Mohit Mohindra asserted regarding the party’s future roadmap. He declared that enhancing internal coordination at the district level would ensure the party presents a cohesive front to the electorate.
