SAMPLA, June 8 — Regional police investigators launched an inquiry Monday after a Delhi Police head constable was found dead inside a vehicle parked along the main transit corridor linking Rohtak and Delhi. The discovery occurred near the periphery of Sampla town during the early morning commuting hours.
The tracking department verified the individual as Sudhir, a resident of Asoda village in Jhajjar, who regularly commuted across state lines to fulfill his duties at the Adarsh Nagar station hub in Delhi.
“A police team rushed to the spot and found the man dead inside the vehicle,” stated investigating officer Vinod Kumar regarding the emergency response tracking initiated at approximately 7 a.m.
The chronological handling of the scene reordered standard highway procedures, bringing forensic deployment units directly to the shoulder of the National Highway to preserve internal atmospheric clues before moving the asset. State technicians analyzed the mechanical state of the vehicle to check for exhaust integration issues or ventilation failures.
“Preliminary investigation suggests that the death may have occurred due to suffocation,” Kumar affirmed, though officials noted that all standard hypotheses remain active pending chemistry returns.
Medical workers moved the deceased to a regional mortuary infrastructure for an authorized autopsy process. District supervisors declared that formal conclusions regarding the cause of death would be withheld until the clinical data is compiled and shared with the officer’s family.
