New Delhi, July 29: Mandi Member of Parliament Kangana Ranaut found herself in the middle of a fresh controversy after posting sharp criticisms targeting Gen Z youth involved in CJP-led demonstrations against the central leadership.
The remarks sparked immediate public discussion, prompting internet users to dig up old videos showing the National Award-winning actor dancing energetically at past private gatherings.
“Never in my life I have seen so much ugliness in one place, these reels from GenZ protests are puke inducing,” Kangana Ranaut stated, adding that she views the demographic as a “gutter generation.”
In her social post, the BJP lawmaker further asserted that women participating in the agitation lacked traditional domestic capabilities, while simultaneously targeting opposition media managers.
Responding to her critique, CJP spokesperson Saurav Das affirmed that internal colleagues do not give weight to her political commentary, dismissing the personal remarks leveled against him.
Audiences online voiced sharp disagreement with the leader’s stance, highlighting contradictions between her past personal lifestyle choices and her current public positioning on traditional norms.
