Opposition pushes for system overhaul

Technical issues block board exam reviews

by TheReportingTimes

NEW DELHI, MAY 26 — Central board evaluation methods have come under intense scrutiny following widespread reports of system crashes and illegible document uploads on the official student review portals.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal addressed the ongoing logistical failures on Monday, stating that the breakdown of the board’s digital evaluation process has jeopardized the future of lakhs of students nationwide. He asserted that current processing delays are preventing high school seniors from submitting verified transcripts to universities.

“Students are demanding that every child seeking re-evaluation should be given manual re-evaluation,” Kejriwal noted, outlining the breakdown of the digital infrastructure. “The portal has not been functioning properly for the last four to five days and students are unable to log in… The payment gateway is not functioning and all the scanned copies uploaded by them are blurred.”

The opposition leader stated that the recurring technical bottlenecks reflect an ineffective administration that is incapable of managing vital national student records. He maintained that the Prime Minister should take swift disciplinary action against the leadership of the Union Education Ministry to restore public confidence in the national testing system.

“Lakhs of children in our country cannot be pushed into trauma because of an incompetent and ineffective Education Minister,” Kejriwal declared.

The party called for an immediate shift away from computerized scoring models in favor of a free, accelerated manual audit of contested answer sheets. Kejriwal stated that until the current digital review fees are eliminated and the system is fully stabilized, families will continue to face unnecessary financial and psychological burdens during the peak admissions season.
