Chandigarh, August 20: The Aam Aadmi Party expanded its public network in Punjab after former Indian pacer Manpreet Singh Gony and international track athlete Kunar officially joined the party’s ranks. The induction took place at a ceremony led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Cabinet Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian.

 

State leadership emphasized that integrating experienced athletes aligns with their broader administrative goals for youth outreach.

 

“Today, the Aam Aadmi Party family has witnessed another very remarkable addition,” Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann stated.

 

Following their formal induction, both athletes commended the state administration’s development focus and pledged to work toward strengthening party initiatives across the region.
