Chandigarh, March 22 — Four people, including three children and a woman, died in a heart-wrenching incident after an air conditioner compressor exploded in a rented house in Sector 9.
One person sustained injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
Police and fire brigade teams reached the spot soon after the blast and launched a rescue operation.
The cause of the explosion is yet to be confirmed, and police have launched an investigation.
