Chandigarh, OCT 1: Residents of Chandigarh can now access a wide spectrum of Estate Office property management services through the newly introduced “e-Sampada CHD” mobile application. Launched by the Union Territory Administration, the application provides a central platform for handling property-related applications, fee deposits, and record verifications directly from mobile devices.
The mobile portal incorporates key functionalities including property dues assessment, online building plan approvals, and status tracking for property transactions. Citizens can review ownership records, examine allotment terms, and process statutory payments securely through integrated payment channels. The initiative also streamlines public grievance redressal by allowing users to lodge and monitor formal complaints.
UT Administration officials maintained that the introduction of the e-Sampada application reflects ongoing efforts to modernize public governance and minimize physical footfall at government offices. The application is available for download on standard mobile platforms, ensuring round-the-clock access to estate services for property owners and applicants across the city.
