Gurugram, Nov 4: Presiding over the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee meeting in Gurugram, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini enforced accountability measures across municipal and development departments. Following inquiries into unauthorized property ID generation and infrastructure delays, the administration instituted pay cuts, departmental charge sheets, and district transfers for non-performing officers, while placing a municipal patwari under suspension over public interaction grievances.

During the session, the Chief Minister affirmed that monitoring of public projects remains essential for effective governance. He also highlighted broader infrastructure goals, stating that the state government has approved a comprehensive plan exceeding Rs 2,000 crore to strengthen facilities in government schools, with over 400 new school buildings targeted for completion by December 2027.
