The visit, scheduled through October 8, involves intensive sessions with top Ministry of Defence leadership and military commanders. Talks will focus on navigating competitive global technology landscapes and reinforcing security frameworks throughout the Indian Ocean region.
Diplomatic representatives maintained that technological co-development, intelligence sharing, and joint training exercises remain key pillars of ongoing cooperation.
