Patna: To strengthen global trade links and accelerate industrial development, the Bihar Industries Department has signed a partnership with the UAE-based AIM Global Foundation. Exchanged during the global investment gathering in Dubai, the initiative focuses on creating specialized infrastructure for food processing and agricultural exports.
The agreement sets up a structured framework to attract Gulf investors to invest in processing facilities, logistics networks, and storage infrastructure in Bihar. Minister Shreyasi Singh noted that connecting local agricultural producers directly with international food supply chains will open new economic avenues for the state’s farming and processing communities.
Department representatives declared that joint efforts will begin immediately to identify specific investment projects and build momentum. The state government highlighted that this international outreach forms part of a broader vision to position Bihar as a preferred industrial destination for foreign direct investment.
