Chandigarh, August 3: The state’s electoral machinery successfully finalized the digital processing of enumeration records under the Special Intensive Revision drive across Punjab’s 117 assembly constituencies. Officials reported that all field data gathered during the door-to-door campaign was processed into the digital system prior to the target timeline.
The initiative required coordinated monitoring across urban and rural polling zones to verify voter details and update state electoral databases.
Acknowledging the accomplishment, Chief Electoral Officer Anindita Mitra stated that the synchronized performance of administrative staff made the early completion possible. She affirmed that district election officers, supervisors, and booth-level workers demonstrated exceptional commitment throughout the intensive data verification drive.
