Chandigarh, August 24: A bitter feud between Canada-based gang figures has intensified after Arshdeep Singh Gill, known as Arsh Dalla, issued a public threat of revenge against Goldy Brar over claims surrounding the 2023 assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
Rebutting a leaked audio clip where Brar claimed to have targeted Nijjar for supporting Dalla’s network, Dalla affirmed that he had no involvement in the event and denied receiving any financial or logistical support from Nijjar. He declared that he had not been in physical contact with Nijjar for roughly a year prior to the Surrey shooting.
In the audio recording, Brar claimed that Nijjar actively backed rival gang members who incited teenagers to sell drugs and act as informants. Brar maintained that these actions prompted his decision to orchestrate the killing.
Dalla responded by dismissing Brar’s assertions as low-level politics, declaring that Brar functions as an agent for outside entities. He asserted that the criminal cases involving Brar’s parents were orchestrated by Brar himself rather than through false claims on his part.
Dalla maintained that he remains committed to his faction without betraying his community, stating that his family has consistently endured police questioning following major incidents. He also affirmed his connection to the 2020 killing of Dera Sacha Sauda follower Manohar Lal, maintaining that the action was carried out by his associates in response to sacrilege events.
