NEW DELHI, AUGUST 17: An anonymous Instagram account referencing recent political commentary has reappeared online after experiencing a short disruption on Monday morning.
The page, listing its founder as “A Dimagi Indian,” crossed 1.9 lakh followers within days of creation, positioning itself alongside growing digital satire accounts on social platforms.
The account’s emergence follows remarks made during the 80th Independence Day address, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi drew a distinction between combatant insurgencies and intellectual influences.
“Hathyari Naxal to gaye lekin ye Dimagi Naxal mauke ki talash mein hain,” affirmed Prime Minister Modi during his national address, warning that ideological groups continue attempting to push society toward instability.
Clarifying the government’s stance following political exchanges, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju stated that the phrase targeted individuals opposing the Constitution and supporting violent separatism rather than legitimate political opponents.
Before going offline temporarily, the handle’s administrators claimed via stories that the profile faced targeted technical attacks. The account has since restored its presence, continuing to engage in public discourse alongside campaigns like the Cockroach Janta Party’s “School Thik Karo” initiative.
