Commenting on the culmination of weeks of sustained protests over examination paper leaks, Wangchuk asserted that public fear had given way to constructive civic engagement.
“It’s a victory of democracy—direct democracy… straight from the streets,” Wangchuk maintained. “It’s a victory of peace, patience and perseverance.
