Bathinda, Sept 18: Police authorities in Bathinda have arrested two individuals in connection with the murder of stage performer Raghveer Singh, resolving the case within days of the crime. The victim was discovered deceased at his Arjun Nagar home after sustaining severe injuries.
Superintendent of Police (City) Aaswant Singh Dhaliwal affirmed that police teams traced the suspects, identified as driver Kirandeep Singh and fellow performer Soni Singh, through investigative leads. Official statements indicate that disputes regarding personal relationships and living arrangements led the two co-accused to plan the fatal assault.
Police personnel successfully recovered the murder weapon along with property belonging to the victim during the operation. Authorities stated that both suspects are being held under police remand as investigators complete necessary legal and procedural documentations.
